TERMS & CONDITIONS E-FLYERSITE.COM understands that meeting deadlines is very important. Therefore, E- FLYERSITE.COM will work with you to make sure your project deadline is met. Package Timelines ::: Upon receipt of payment of project will take: 1st class package: Turnaround time is 2.5 week to allow for shipping of marketing material.* Business class package: Turnarund time is normally 2 weeks to allow for shipping of marketing material.* Coach Class package: Turnaround is normally 5 business days *Note: Please discuss specific details with E-FlyerSite.com Representative. Time frames are sssuming that we receive feedback & material from the client within 2 days of payment. Creating Design and Printing ::: All business cards are printed in sets of 2500 and promo/postcards in sets of 5000 cannot be split. Additional sets can be ordered at $110 per business cards and $485 per postcard. Proofs of Business Cards and postcards will be provided to client within 4 days of reciept of material for client dependant of wich package had been ordered.. Three Logo* proofs will be providied for client review within 3 days and will recieve two rounds of revision on a selected concept. It is assumed that all customer-provided copy and specific images for this project will be given to E-FLYERSITE.COM in electronic format. Any additional color proofs and all courier expenses (e.g. Federal Express, UPS, etc.) necessary to complete this job will be an Additional Charge unless otherwise indicated. This price does not include image scanning, clipping or manipulation that may be necessary to complete this job. Any additional work requested or required to be performed which is over and above the work described in this proposal will be considered a Change Order, and will be executed only upon authorization by the Client. The following rates, plus the cost of materials, will apply for any additional work to be performed:
Writing & Editing: $ 40 per hour Hosting :: All registered domain names will be hosted with flomarc.com and all e-flyersite customers who opt to use thier own servers agree to a fourty five dollar transfer fee. One year free hosting fee will end 365 days after initial payment had been recieved and then a recurring hosting fee of $12 will be incurred per month. Cancellation of hosting will result in removal of web site from the internet and all files will be submitted to client via e-mail & CD ROM and processing/termenation fee of twenty five dollars. Excessive changes and alterations made by the buyer will be billed as an additional charge. Work stopped by the buyer after it has been started will be billed based on the time and effort expended and expenses incurred until that time. All costs incurred in collection of any debts, including court and legal costs, will be the responsibility of the buyer. E-FLYERSITE.COM reserves the right to bill for work completed within a 30-day period out side of scop of package. The client warrants that it will not provide E-FLYERSITE.COM any material that infringes upon the rights of any other party. The client agrees to indemnify E-FLYERSITE.COM for any breach of such warranty. The client has final approval of the custom products resulting from E-FLYERSITE.COM services and thus takes full responsibility for the accuracy, appropriateness and representation of all information. E-FLYERSITE.COM is not liable for any resulting damages. The client has a permanent license to use the custom products resulting from E-FLYERSITE.COM services, but agrees neither to resell or license such products nor to use them for any purpose other than that originally intended without prior written approval from E-FLYERSITE.COM. All designs, codes, programming and ideas contained in such products are provided on a non-restrictive, non-exclusive basis, as they are considered production tools. The client agrees that E-FLYERSITE.COM may use screen captures and/or product demonstrations of the custom products resulting from E-FLYERSITE.COM’ services in marketing materials without approval from the client. E-FLYERSITE.COM reserves the right to place a credit line for site development and design on the client’s site.
